Properties:  Responsible for all physical components of the church building and grounds; (e.g., insurance, service contracts, maintenance, and use policies)

Education:  Responsible for planning and implementing education programs for the entire church family Reponsible for facilitating the social life of our church family and friends

Congregtional Care:  Responsible for helping each individual member support our ministries with gifts of time, talent, and treasure; plan and carry out fellowship coffee hour on Sundays, special dinners and events, and assist the Pastor with needs and cares of the members.

Community Service:  Responsible for assessing the needs and interests of the congregation and of the local community, the wider church, and the world for SCCC mission, and for coordinating volunteer projects

Finance:  Responsible for disbursing and managing funds required for our ministries 

Communications:  Responsible for helping us tell our story and inviting others to join us

 Personnel:  Responsible for advising the Council on all personnel matters for Pastor and staff

Worship & Music:  Responsible for working with Pastor and other worship leaders to assure high quality worship experiences on Sunday and special occasions and works with the Director of Music in planning and coordinating music as it relates to worship, education and other ministries of the church.

Council: The church council is the governing body of the church. It is made up of church officers and represenitives of each ministry.
